Is it just me or is 2012 just flying by? I can’t believe it’s already nearing the end of the first quarter – yikes! It reminds all of us that the clock is always ticking, and there is no time like the present to work on accomplishing our professional goals. For some, it’s about their plan to promote within their current company, or gain new responsibilities. For others, it’s about getting serious about their job search to finally find their dream job. Either way, it’s easy to lose sight of the “bigger picture” and the milestones we should be focusing on to stay on track with our professional goals.
