Happy New Year and welcome to 2022. I’ve been pleased to find some articles predicting Covid-19 fading away in the coming year, with new antibody and antiviral treatments, and better vaccines on the way. Additionally, the jobs report shows that with more people resigning from their current jobs, the opportunity for hiring in healthcare is greater than ever. Edward Carr from The Economist says, “…as Covid settles into its fate as an endemic disease, like flu or the common cold, life in most of the world is likely to return to normal – at least, the post-pandemic normal.” We find ourselves in a new world with telehealth, remote work and reduced social contact. Though scary for some, the changes ahead will create many opportunities for those that are prepared to take advantage of them. Are you ready?

We’re here to help you prepare! In this issue of The Acclivity Health Report, the first article talks about the benefits of connecting your passion with your career. For hiring managers, we discuss how to improve productivity in the coming year.

Thank you for reading,
