Welcome to the Acclivity Health Report. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, we thought it would be a good time to discuss the subject of LOVE. As it relates to your job, it’s safe to say that everybody wants to be happy in their job and ultimately be able to say ‘I love my job!’. It’s been proven that happy employees make for a happier, healthier, and more productive workplace. Yet, every employee is unique so it’s very hard to keep everyone happy all the time.
If you’re a manager, you should challenge your employees to leave their comfort zone. This will help the employee develop decision making skills and learn to identify processes that are more beneficial.
As an employee, consider what processes work best in your role. Creating a lasting change is very rewarding and builds confidence. You’ll also be recognized as a valuable contributor.
Whether you inspire others to achieve or contribute to a team, odds are you’ll be doing something you love.
